I’m a huge fan of their kale caesar salad, mushroom bowl, and delicious baked goods. Their menu is created with fresh, sustainably sourced ingredients which makes me love them even more. 2. Pallet Coffee Roasters Howe St
This downtown coffee shop did not disappoint! As with all of pallet’s locations, the interior feels complete and airy, after all it’s in a modern building and city!
Pallet Coffee Roasters Howe St
This downtown coffee shop did not disappoint! As with all of pallet’s locations, the interior feels complete and airy, after all it’s in a modern building and city! Their latte was delicious, and through the nicely steamed milk you could still taste nutty, caramel-like spikes from the espresso. The Ham and Cheese croissant was unusually perfectly sized (not oversized) that I legitimately was shocked. It was freshly plated and warmed. Overall, great to stop by when passing through or staying by downtown. Best

What a great experience. The sandwiches were fantastic - the bread was perfect, and the ingredients were top-notch. We both ordered the walnut, pear, and blue brie sandwiches. The sandwich comes with prosciutto, too. When we asked for one without prosciutto, they asked if I'd like to substitute something else (I chose grapes). The best sandwich I've had Vancouver, hands down. I recommend this little gem 💯!

Me and my friend were in the café 3 times in just a week because it was so delicious. They have the best avocado toast i have ever eaten. Also the food came fast and the cashier was really friendly. We would always come back and recommend it to everyone in Vancouver. We also tried their Easter Cookie which was great too!!🤩

The first time I was here the killer mocha kept me dreaming about this place. The second visit was not as magical but it was still a really good mocha (not as fragrant). Both my sisters love their drinks as well. One drink was the daily special iced drink and the other one is the raspberry mocha. We had lunch nearby so we didn't try any food items since we were quite full. Service is good, very friendly and welcoming. The space is nice and relax. There are both indoor and outdoor seatings. Nice view of the mountains.
