Any non-EU citizen, whether self-employed or a dependent employee, can apply for a Greece digital nomad visa.

6. Wait for an answer. Within 10 days of receiving your documents, the Embassy authorities will evaluate your application. After your application is approved, you will be issued a new Greece Digital Nomad visa by the Greek Ministry of Migration and Asylum.
7. Travel to Greece: Once your digital nomad visa is issued, you are free to travel to Greece.
Requirements for Greece Digital Nomad Visa
The documents required to apply for a digital nomad visa:
An application form. The application form can be downloaded from the Greek Ministry of Foreign Affairs website.
A valid passport. The required passport validity for a Greek digital nomad visa is a minimum of three months after the expiry of the visa.
Two passport photos. Your passport must be in colors and taken with a white background. The dimensions of the photos must be 2 x 2 inches (51 x 51 mm). The head must be between 1 -1 3/8 inches (25-35 mm) from the bottom of the chin to the top of the head.
Proof of employment. To prove your employment, you need to submit your employment contract and a letter that states you can complete your work by using technology.
Declaration Letter: You must disclose your intention to apply for the Greece Digital Nomad Visa and work remotely from Greece. In this letter, state that you will not work for any Greek company during your stay. Include relevant information about your job or company, as well as your financial details.
Proof of Financial Means: You need to demonstrate your financial means through recent bank account statements, company account statements, a job contract that states your salary, or other relevant documents. Your monthly income should be at least $3,500.
